Before and after over year 2005

I just thought i wud share sum pics of progress of my subtle clio over hole of 2005 how it started and now its nearly finshed state.

This is when i got car in late 2004 then modding began

First i bought my first set of rims Ace 201s with sum yoko tyers A539 and had car lowerd 40mm on pi spring

Next mod was sum nice mk2 ph2 rear lights

Then after alot of saving I booked my car into bodyshop to have M-S designs splitter kit fitted. With hole car color coded except spolier. Pic "Day after car came outa bodyshop"

Once all bodywork was done i still wasnt happy on drop so had car lowerd 60mm instead of 40mm and here was results

Then i bought color code spolier to finshed bodywork off

Then after alot of thinking about geting rite exhuast, i went to R-tec and had a custom cat back exhuast fitted by them which gave car a nice sporty grunt and finshed look off rear off

Then about 4months after lowering car my standard shocks cudnt withstand 60mm spings so i uprated fronts to Sum Koni s

Yeah not completly my thing but you've certainly done a lot in a year! Do you not have problems with the splitter hitting everything? I know I do and im only down 40mm on 15s!

Evil john i dont get to many problem with spiltter seem to be ok going over speed bumps and there enough of em where i live lol but i have had a few but i dont mind i like car to be slammed

I would have personally had the exhaust cut in a bit more, but that's just me, and at the end of the day you modify a car to make it personal to you and your likes.

The bit I'm most impressed with is the colour coding - makes such a big difference! How much did it set you back? That's on my list at the mo!!!

Basicly all bodywork spraying fitting etc came to 750 quid which was'nt bad as was completed in 4 days By company called ice and styling

fitted front and rear spiltters to standard bumpers
reprayed both bumpers again
They color coded side stirps and handels and rear boot realse
and sprayed skirts all fitted for that figure which i thought was quiet reasnable

Yea im fan of them indercater bulbs look ace i fink wanted to be bit different than silvertec bulbs i like them to thou. and yeh i agree mk2 ph2 lights realy do transfrom rear end they birng out silver realy well millon times better than lexus jobbies cant stick em lol

love it mate, i think the exhaust suits the bumper really well, glad u got the spoiler too because it looked out of place black, really looks sweet. nice one. splitter kit looks mint. dont usually like 1.2's done up (no offence) but urs is subtly sweetastic mate. whats next?
