I think people are unlikely to have opted for a custom remap after only one modification, most people will do a whole host of mods before getting it mapped and only then will have RR figures.
i only ask as the 182 im currently ment to be buying has option 1, and i was wondering if it was worth while getting the custom map done to replace superchip but tbh it seems silly as i may only gain 2-4 bhp increase and slightly better torque ..i think? alll for 300-400quid...? just wanted to know if it may be worth while doing :S
Been deadly serious. Their remap is done by adding a set % to the advance maps. WOT figures never tell the full story, you'll see a much improved midrange and acceleration with a map custom to the car.
so are you saying that i could get better figures with already having a superchip than if i got the car custom mapped with just the BMC CDA induction kit?
