Dogbone mount - Powerflex or Evol

I personally would go with powerflex as the evol ones are a tad harsh going off what people on here say. Alternatively, press the large bush out of your original dogbone and turn it through 90 degrees. Press it back in and enjoy less engine movement without the harshness of powerflex or evol.
I ran mine like this once upon a time with solid engine mounts, and had no vibration in the car. Lol

Can't help with this one I'm afraid as I'm on spherical bearings for the tre's

@MrTom I messed around with a fan spanner for the passenger side,but couldn't shift the drivers side.
I bought this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/XXR-TOOLS...823?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item19e72f479f and it took about 5 minutes to change the rod

Thanks mate, i curbed my alloy yesterday and i think i might have bent the rod slightly so im going to change it.

@MrTom if using the tool & you find the car has original seized trackrod ends, instead of messing about I just wizzed it off with the angle grinder.
