Best Hybrid?

Looking at "hybreeding" the valver in the near future,
Was just wondering which way usually gets the best gains.

Meggy bottom end with Willy head (rofl "willy head")
Or complete williams conversion?

Also am looking for ~170 brake to start with can this be acheived with cams, pullies and breathing mods?

Megane and williams bottom ends are exactly the same, it's only the heads that are different - as far as I'm aware anyway.
