Best place for 172 wheels?

Hey guys,

I'm looking for a set of 172 wheels for my 2002 1.2 clio, where do you guys think is the best place to search for them?

I'd look on here, but I can't get the membership due to losing my card recently

Also, what do you guys think is a better idea? Coilovers or lowering springs?
