Does anyone know where a friend of mine can get a reasonably priced desktop PC with a nine pin serial port and Windows XP to run a timing system at a race track please?

Hope I've remembered the 9-pin serial port bit properly!

There must be recommended specs for the software available anyway.. just make sure it meets that.

to be honest it would run most stuff except games timing gear would be no problem
