Best Place for a Speccable R27?

After seeing the Racing Blue R27 from RWS, i'm really keen on them.

Not starting this to be a Vee vs. R27 thread, just wondered about the currunt deals.

The spec would be... Racing Blue R27, xenons, climate, tints, elec mirrors, enhanced MP3. Along with the Recaros that the R27 comes with iirc.

I own my 182 outright, and would have the money from my car plus a portion of savings... circa £8-9k. The rest would be on HP.

Any advise would be appreciated.

last time i called they were offering R27 build slots for £14,500... fully speccable too

hmm, tbh, i'm not 100% sure on it yet... i just need to weigh up the monthly payments etc

tbh mate, i specced at Reanult Warrington and battered them down a bit....it came to £15.2k. still pricey..ish

i saved just over 5k from what the owner of my car spent on it, i got it at 9months old and 7000miles

you just lose so much money on renaults, you will probably be able to pic r27's up for around 10k next summer with low mileage

Yes R27 will be stop making them soon, somethings to do with the F1 Team. I think that white one must be for showing or idea colour for the cup.

standard 197 will be a around for little longer & still making them.

you'll regret not owning one at the end of the day, look at the road presence, even if its only for a year.

I wouldnt be paying £15k ish for a 197 no way. They are not that good.

i know what you're saying fella, believe me! lol

but i've driven the R27, and i know that's it's very good indeed! it's easily as quick as my 182, it's just that you need to wring it's neck to get the best from it... which i actually like.

so there's that, plus 3 years warranty piece-of-mind, plus insurance, plus i won't be paranoid about leaving it everywhere.

just reading a thread on there saying that ordering has now closed... not sure how true it is but i do know it was only a matter of time... let us know how you get on

I've only had mine a few weeks and it's number 223 so perhaps not!

Maybe they've not been sold in numerical order though.

it wasn't an "in" colour at the time probably
