Best place to purchase suspension kit?

I'm looking to buy a suspension kit tomorrow, I've been edging towards the Apex 40mm kit from K-Tec who have it priced at £270.25.

Just wondering if anyone knows anywhere better/cheaper to buy this kit from or if anyone can suggest a better kit for the price?

Also what's this business with the 58mm gap? Not entirely sure where I need to be measuring?
