The 2gb kit I bought from Crucial works perfectly. Different chips for my C2D iMac though as those are full size you have selected. I paid the same.

There were links on here last week for the same capacity of RAM but half the price.

Crucial are a popular and quality manufacturer. Prices have dropped dramatically, I have been watching some memory for my laptop which ha dropped from £120 to £58 in 2 months.

Have ordered many times from crucial for home and work, very fast delivery.

Yeah I think they are, my iMac uses SODIMM's. If you used the memory identifier on their site then it'll be correct.

Corsair memory is good, on the Mac forums I use people rated it better and more reliable than Kingston etc.

do crucial sell their own memory then? is it their brand?

what are these like fitting? dont need any special screw drivers do it?

lol. Crucial are owned by micron who are a major manufacturer of RAM chips!

Crucial were one of the vendors for the power pc mac memory, so it's more than likely that the RAM that is in your iMac is from them anyway.
