Best springs/kit for fast road?

As title says really, iv had a good look around at what sort of suspension and springs are available for my 182 cup but am unsure what would be the best for my needs.
I dont want to go stupid low as I know this would actually ruin the cars handling so really what is the best drop to go for performance wise do you guys think?
