Best Value Sim for iPad Mini 4G & Wi-fi

Just got myself an iPad mini 3 4G & wi-fi, I was wondering if people knew which was the best value network for data for it?

3 mate. They have truly unlimited data.

@Typhoon I have my phones contract with them and have the one plan so I can tether anyway but I'm a bit worried I'll use the 4GB allowance in no time as I'm quite heavy on data with my iPhone.

Anyway, looking on their website I can find any unlimited data deals. I think they've had a big reshuffle?
