Best wax for metallic black ??

As above really what you recommend for masking small scratches or swirls in paint ??

Wax doesn't mask scratches or swirls it protects the paintwork and polish etc...

You would need a polish that's got a bit of filler to help mask the scratches and one with a bit of cut to polish out the swirls, best results are machine polishing but you can get good enough results by hand if it's not that's bad

Just lookin at swoppin the Missus zetec s for summat else but she wants a black golf next just wondered what its like to look after or get into tip top cond if is not too bad ?

Collinite actually slightly fills the scratches making them less obvious.

SRP isn't all that IMO - Blackhole or Clearkote RMG are the best fillers, particularly on black. Get it machine polished though, don't cheat :)

Have you tried Autoglym Ultra deep shine. I used to use it on our black Corsa'a and it really helped with swirls and light marks, its designed for darker colours
