Aye, mondial was much easier to live with, but times change Will change the wheels at some point (back to my Cup roots with some trophy turinis..... what else??!! ) Not sure what zorst to go for tbh. It was between a Milltek and BTB, but i also hear good reports of the Janspeed :S

On the motorway its fine untill you get around the 90+ mark...tho most people i know dont cruise much faster than 80-85..

Its only loud if you gun it everywhere...tho i must admit i do toe mine now n then just to get the reaction from other road users lol

Thank god for that. Its hard work!!! How anybody can do that as a job 5 days a week is beyond me!!! I might need to invest in some 4" spot pads, struggled with the front bumper especially.

A definite purchase Gaz - top marks if you managed all that with th 6" pads.

I didn't even know you'd switched to a BG 182? How are you finding it in comparison to the Cup?

I think your responses (and others) have confirmed that the black gold colour is THE worst for standard finish. Swirl marks either breed on their own overnight, or there's a Paintwork Pixie, scouring away with a Brillo pad.

The flip-side of it all however, is that black gold looks truly stunning when PC'd and in the sun. Well, it did when the sun was out.

^ Its all about the gold!!! Mine looked like that for around 2hrs, then the sun went in, not seen it sice. Had two days of rain on it now!!!! Love the B/G in the sun, been speaking to rich, think i might buy a water filter and ditch the chamois, as i'm convinced it was marring the finish. Yes had the 182 over a month or so now! Its ok, (was) nice having the climate for a week when i got it, hardly used it since! Imo it doesnt feel as keen as the cup and delivers its power different (manifold possibly...?) Needs some diet action i think
