Bleeding brakes after a pad change. URGENT!!!

Iv just changed the front pads on my escort and i decided to bleed them as they felt a bit spongy once i had put them in. I bled the fronts but didnt do the backs, but they still feel quite spongy, do i need to bleed the backs? Also do i need to bleed them in any particular order?

My car is up on axle stands awaiting 1 of the CS car genius' advice....

it'll almost certainly have a diagonally split system, which means that each front caliper is on the same hydraulic circuit as the diagonally opposite rear - need to bleed all four wheels

haven't ever had a problem with mixing up the order of bleeding brakes, but it probably 'should' be NSR, OSF, OSR, NSF

ah ok yeh thats makes sense! cheers mate!

whats the best way to open subborn bleed niples? Is it to "crack" it open with a swift motion or apply pressure gradually? I have already sprayed them a few times with wd40 (i dont have any proper penetrating oil)

a longer spanner if possible? though i guess be cafeful someone i know snapped a bleed nipple over the weekend, not sure how though!
