Bloody steering wheel

Just spoke to Renault Customer Services about the melted steering wheel on our four year old Clio.

They don't want to know - they say they won't look at trim beyond the first year and that products used on the wheel or contact with perfumes, hand creams etc can cause warping of the material.

T*ssers.

As far as I am concerned, the product should be of sufficient quality to withstand daily use.

Puts you off buying another Renault.

try and find someone with a new clio, change the wheel, then tell them to complain to renault!
