Bolt sheard on inlet manifold

  Audi TT 225
I was about to take my inlet manifold off and where the two sections of the manifold meet one of the rear heads broke off the moment I tried to untighten it.
Theres a chunk of the threads left poking out of the top and loads poking out below but I cant get to that.
How the heck can I get it out? I dont fancy drilling it because I dont have a thread cutter.

I was thinking of drilling the top off the threads and trying to thread anotehr bolt through to push the other one out, would that work?
