i seem to have an annoying problem. When i pull the bonnet catch by passenger footwell the bonnet pops off the catch but does not pop up enough to get hand under bonnet to pull second catch. It needs a 2nd person to lift bonnet slightly to get it to lift properly off interior pull. Is there a solution to this. just thinking im screwed if i break down and am alone cos cant lift bonnet while pulling catch. experienced this on another 172 i saw at a dealers so wondered if its a common problem. Please help!!!
