boohooo it failed its mot!

Car  Cupra K1 & Clio 200
just went to the garage to get the mot done on the other halfs clio! its a 52plate so didnt think much of it! ok, 20-30 mins later the man brings the bad news! two broken springs and a shafted ball joint? what does she do to it??

isnt that really dangerous then, how do you know when its broken, is there difference in handling or is quite hard to tell?

i couldnt tell the difference driving the car but mine were the rear springs that broke its either the top or bottom bit that snapps off so its not held in properly so is quite dangerous

Front springs have been known to pop tyres, they come out of the holders when they break. not what you need really!

lol, well basically it was only half a coil, nothing realli. but im suprised they actully spotted it! wouldnt be happy if tyres had popped! time to lower it! :D
