Book price on 172 cup?????

Anyone know what the book price is on a 03/03 172 cup with 73000 on the clock?

Not sure what to ask for it at the moment as the prices seem to be all over the place. Glass's and Parkers also seem to be a little off??

i payed 5600 for mine last june that had 38k on clock when i bought it, seen one on pistonheads for 4800 in mint condition with 52k on clock
