Bosch Oil Filter - Sump plug washer

Does the Bosch oil filter for a 172 come with the sump plug washer?

IIRC i think its only the renault ones that come with a sump washer, they normally give you them free if you go to renault

And you need one with every oil filter even if its not reanult yer?

Could I not just keep the one from my current oil filter?

changing the washer is best practice. Never seen one leak from being re-used though

There only £1 anyway so worth it id imagine.

doubt it very much, as said sealing ring is loose change anyways.

Are the filters all the same or would you stick to genuine renault?

i have just got a bosch one, no washer....they aren't the crush type so you may get away with re using the current one, however for the sake of a quid just buy a new one. if it leaks after you re used the current one then it means dropping the oil to replace !
