i took the piss outa my mate for having one of these then i had a ago in it and i fell in love <3

Any updates on this Chris?

Well I'm still loving it to bits, it still puts a grin on my face every single day driving to work, and I still don't regret it one bit. Had a full service on Christmas Eve, had all new (OEM) brakes and it seems to stop like I'm hitting a brick wall now, I love how ridiculously over-specced it all is.

Thought about lowering it? Would look smart with a subtle drop I reckon.

Considered H&Rs but read wildly varying reports on what suspension mods actually do to the handling. From what I can tell it's set up pretty much perfectly and is extremely easy to make a mess of. Also why I've stuck with the original wheels and skinny tyre combo, I might be lacking in outright grip (although there is more than enough) compared to those who've gone for wider tyres, but it feels perfectly set up for my driving so I don't really want to ruin that by making it a bit quicker but less fun.

Considered trying to get it below 900kg, but have decided to stay completely standard (the back seats etc are out, but only take a few minutes to put back in). Of the few hundred that exist, most seem to have mods of some kind, so I figured I would stand out from the -small- crowd and keep the factory spec.

Glad u're loving it still, I'm loving mine still, but has developed even more rattles :(

I really want to save up for some coilovers, but at this rate it's never going to happened, so i might get some lowering springs.

I can't shake this urge. Have you got a picture of the pedals Chris?
Its a lot comfier than the clios pedals they are straight forward from the seat heh. brake and throttle are close together with the clutch spaced away, heel and toe would probably be easier if thats the thoughts? If I'm being honest, if it had the same kind of speed/power as the clio I'd have another one in a heart beat.

Hazza, go to www.cappuccinosport.com to get some Iggy accessories ;)

EDIT: Just looked and it seems neither there or suzuki-shop does them anymore. They were a Suzuki accessory so maybe Suzuki have stopped making them?

My next door neighbour has one of these on yellow, makes the area look crap lol.

Nevermind, if they're fun they're fun... I would opt for a saxo vtx/106 gti over it though

Terrible looking things. This one looks better because of the wheels and ride height... but come on! lol.

LOL. I'm sure they drive much better than they look, but really!

My RS Twingo's looks are a bit marmite, but that's something else ;)

I look through an mx5 thread and end up wanting one even though I know people will rip the piss - hairdresser car etc

I open this thread and end up wanting an Ignis, again knowing people will rip the piss out of me

Oh I can't decide what car I want next!!!

These seem a bargain though at that money

Steve, u seem the type of guy that doesn't care what other people think, as long as you like it yourself, similar to me.

I knew when i bought my Ignis Sport that its not going to be everyones taste, but i like the car, and it drives superbly which is a bonus.

Although lowering it would finish the car off.

Get a Yaris T Sport instead, same car underneath it all but (imo) better looking (anyone who says its girly, your driving a clio (in most cases) so shush lol.

Have you seen the dashboard? :dead:

Have you actually driven it? having the dash in the middle is imo a much better design than the standard behind the steering wheel I find it better just glancing to the side than looking down.

Also, a questionable dash is better than a questionable body shell imo!
