Hi All

I have just got the 6 hoses from Proline to replace the Nasty old ones.

I'm thinking of getting them to make up a set to run from the front to the back of the car as I think iv throw the hard lines away 😑

Has this been done by anyone in the past and how did you go about it?

Is it just the case of measuring the length and asking Proline to make them for you?
Dose anyone know the length?

Cheers

It should be just a case of specing the length and end form and getting them to mock them up. Are you planning on running them along the same routing as the hard lines as you may need something more substantial holding them to the body. Flexible lines will want to sag more than hard lines.

You could but a roll of copper line and shape it where you want it to go if you've thrown away the old ones, then just stretch it out an measure it to get the length. Or string but that might be harder.

There are kits available that people use when removing ABS for race purposes.

They run internally though, along with a bias valve.

If i were you, i'd remake the hardlines. Some say you loose pedal feel/risk a softer pedal with full braided lines.

Thanks for your Replies it's really helpful and helped me answer a few of my other questions about Saging lines ect.

Cheers again
