brake fluid change on a clio 172 phase 1

  clio 172
I am attempting to do a brake fluid change on my phase 1 172. Can anyone tell me if I need to de-pressureise the system (if so how) and in which wheel order I should bleed the brakes. Am doing my first track day at Bedford autodrome next Saturday and am desparately trying to get car tip top.

Any help and advice will be greatly appreciated.

The order can be found here, posted many times on the forums.

As for de-pressurising the system, not really sure what you mean - as far as I'm aware it isn't pressurised?

Thanks for the info, there are some conflicting views, however I'm going for;

Nearside rear
Offside front
Offside rear
Nearside front
