Brake Judder

After being convinced there is something up with my brakes. Well they make a kind of juddering noise when trying to completely stop at high speed and feel like they are no existent. I did a little searching and found this;

iv just posted a similar question its called abs light and serv. seems like the problem i am having. iv fitted new pads and discs and mines still doing it so doubt it warped discs.
