Brake line flaring?

I have 5mm line to flare, I was looking at something like this, will it be the right size? Also its aluminum tube

@Tomotek hope you dont mind me asking how you flared yours? was it with a proper tool? I have the atec line that you used now along with their unions

I went for that type (powerhand) in the metric din size

Really easy to use and is doing well so far

Do you have any recommendations for something to strip the outer layer off the lines for the flare? I used stanley but its not great

peel as much and then a bit of emery cloth?

I used a proper old school tool that my dad had in the garage.. probably cost a fortune these days!..

I then cut the plastic off after I had formed the end, as you have, using a Sharp blade and a needle file

Looks like a solid piece of kit! I think the moulds are the way to go, dont see how it wouldnt give the exact same result everytime
