if im at a high speed and i brake pretty quickly (not very harshly) i can hear the brake on the right side grinding and the car fails to stop, only gets really slow!!! which is very dangerous. and when im at a slow speed, while turning right it makes a humming noise which is verrry annoying. does anybody know wtf is wrong with it because its seriously doing my head in.

lol so your pads have loads of meat on them then 
if so check your wheel bearings and cv joints
however it could be as simple as a stone or some grit stuck between pad and disc take your pads out, clean 'em and the disc and refit 'em, before you worry about anything else
use brake cleaner (from any carish shop, chavfords whatever)
