Think I should let you know about my brakes. I purchased a full set of stainless steel brake hoses from K tec Racing and after fitting them I was very impressed esp as ive only got stock brakes all round. After having a word with someone on this site I about an upgrade brake kit I thought I would go back to K tec and order drilled discs all round with greenstuff pads on the front and standard kevlar on the rear (even though they sent me EBC heavy duty for the rear). Now I am going through the windscreen every time I press the brake pedal. I did have i few probs with K tecs mail order service. I think overall well worth the wait. If anyone would like to know about the probs I had just Pm me and I would be glad to help...

I really thoink the std 172 breaks are s**t too be honest................
Will be getting GS pads soon i think.

Stock brakes are superb just need to bleed the brakes and check them pads. The car could outbrake a Porche turbo when the car was launched.
