Ok so i think my pads an discs need replacing, winter weather has took its toll on them

i am liking the drilled discs thats on ebay. it says with bearing. i guess these would just be a straight swap or alot more than that?
and what pads to get?

don't use drilled or grooved, waste of time/money IMO
