break adjuster?

  Suzuki Ignis
well i thought that my handbrake cable had snapped but turns out that it was the hook thing that locks it into place. Also my rear drum brakes were pissing out all over so got that sorted but have been told i need a brake adjuster or something. Anyone got an idea of prices i should expect?

Atm they feel abit soft and i get a vibrating noise under heavy braking at high speed?
Any ideas? Any help would be great!
Sorry for the lack of technical knowledge lol

What ages car is it none ABS have rear brake bias valaves working off the ABS system ABS cars don't.

They maybe refering to the calipers on the rear brakes as they can leak and need replacing there only cheap to do though and since this you say has been sorted I'd guess not as is the bias valave.

Check condition of your front pads etc.

my mums car had this problem the other month. cost 100ish to get it sorted. 50 for the parts the rest for labour.

this was on a 1.2 mk1 1995 btw. with no ABS.
