I am breaking my 172 Cup for parts and was considering removing the whole front end away from the shell. Does anyone have any experience or tips on doing this?
I was thinking that if I remove the subframe mounts, strut top mounts, brake pipes, exhaust manifold, steering column, electrics, radiator and then all the hoses and wiring I would just be able to lift the shell off the whole front section?
Is it simple enough to do once you start just disconnecting everything?
