breaking down the fog lights for cleaning

My fog lights have picked up so much stuff over the years dunno how....
just wondered after i saw somone spray the rear reflector, if it was possible to break them down for cleaning etc then reassemble,

has anyone done this? i dont want to go into it blind just incase i break somthing that i cant fix

i know when one of my got water it , i washed it out then set a hair dryer on it for ages. Then wiped inside with kitchen roll, using any thing i could attach cloth to to wipe it.

The front plastic is sealed. think some ppl with head lights have put them in oven to crack the seal , but then you would need to silicon them back together

thanks. yeah i dont particualy want to shove them in the oven lol, but if its the only way then so be it lol,
as anyone acctualy sepporated them before? (fog lights)
