Brembo Brake pads

Hi

I've ordered some Brembo vented discs from Bremboshop.co.uk and also these Brembo pads. I spoke to their sales dept. and they adviced me these would fit my X reg 172 phase 1. I'm now getting a bit worried as I can't find anyone else on the net that sells them for the 172. Has anyone else used these:

If they fit, they should be a bargain at £29?

At that price they will be OE equivalent pads so dont expect miracles. So many companies sell these pads on the brandname and accidentally forget to mention they are nothing special... Dimensions look about right but without a padshape diagram you will have to see when you get them..

They wont be worse. brembo are a decent company.

Agreed. Brembo Wong sell you anything crap, but they're obviously a budget pad.

Just a follow up for anyone interested in getting these.

The Brembo pads arrived along with the HC discs I ordered. The pads were in a plain red Brembo box, so not the 'High performance' ones pictured on Bremboshop.co.uk ( I kind of expected this as they were cheap at £30). But these will be no worse any of the other OEM spec pads available for around the same price as I was previously advised above and are a convenient purchase if you are ordering the discs and just fancy some basic quality pads.

They fitted perfectly fine.
