Rebuilding brembo calipers off megane 230.

Anyone got any tips on how to get the dust seals seated properly in the caliper recess?

Assembled them by putting the seals on pistons on bench then pushing pistons with dust seal into caliper then pushing outside of dust seal into recess.

Dust seals on the caliper 1st.

Lube the piston and work the dust seal around the piston.

Are dust seals glued in place?

One seal keeps popping out, tried one of the good old ones and that's the same.

No mate, have you cleaned the groove out with a spike?

Yeah used good old dentist spike, it's pretty much spotless. It's just one that I've got problem with, which makes no sense lol.

Can press it in but just pushes itself out, even when I manage to push it all way in.

Just bought a pair myself to refurb and the seals are chewed
