Yeah Brembo Max are fine, as for the pads, are you using the car for track or just road use?

Coilovers, if you can push another £150, you'll get premium coilovers such as the Bilstein B14 kit, which i can recommend ;)

TBH, id get the Brembo Max HC discs instead of the grooved one. (they are cheaper)

A set of Ferodo DS 2500 pads and a set of braided lines.

I think Bazzon meant standard (i.e. without the grooves) Brembo HC instead of the Brembo Max (which is also HC).

I've got the Max, and personally, on a day-to-day basis I find them really annoying - they make a rumbling noise as the pads pass over them. I like the look of the grooves, but I'd suggest the normal non-grooved items.

The first thing I did was have Goodridge braided lines and Castrol Super Response brake fluid fitted/added.

And Pagid Blue front pads fitted with the Brembo Max. I've yet to try the pads/disc combo. on track but I'm expecting good things from the pads. They're great for normal use - squeal a bit sometimes, but not too bad. I'm hoping they'll stand up to the occasional track day, but probably overkill for the tiny number of track days I'll get to do. Most seem happy with the Ferodo DS 2500.

I don't think the Brembo HC are better than standard discs - just cheaper.

I think standard pads are fine for road use only, but not for hard track use.

Getting mine fitted tomorrow cant wait, getting my milltek also.

Not sure how low to go with the coilovers though

If it's the Bilstein kit you've got, leave them the height they are as they come out the box.

Spot on for me.

The car is in the garage just now and i told him i just want it a bit lower than what it is sitting just now, that is with eibach sportlines on. I also said i'd like the car a bit more level rather than the front end being a lot lower than the back.

Cant be arsed scrapping every speed bump on the road and i dont want to go through splitters every 2 or 3 months so hopefully it will be fine. Looking forward to getting them on and also hearing wat my milltek will be like.

I have the KW v2's, awesome. Not tried the Billies, but having had adjustables I'll never get fixed rate in future.

not too low imo!

Well i have to say the Bilsteins are outstanding, the ride is really good and the car feels like it handles so much better. I have just got them at the normal height and they are slightly higher than what the car was when i had my sportlines on but i honestly dont care because the all round driving is far superior.

Have to say Star Performance in Fife who fitted my Collies and my Milltek have done a brilliant job and would recommend them to anyone around the Fife area, I would even say if you could travel from further it would be worth it.

After reading some stories about the Milltek fitting issues mine is perfect and the sound is well the only way i can describe it is addictive, makes me want to stay out driving around.

Anyway the Bilsteins are reduced on the Kam racing website so if you can stretch your money a bit further i would highly recommend, think they are just under £800 now.

I think i'm going to go with the KW variation 2 inox line. i think if i dont go with variable damping i will regret it in the end !
