Which one's best?

Was gonna ring sky but apparently they haven't started installing yet. Need to sort something out for when my flatmate moves out in 2 weeks.

As for Sky they've been active for weeks now. There's atleast two Sky people on here using them as an ISP.

Went with Tiscali myself, not the cheapest but was a very smooth process.
