This is driving me wild. I've just bought a Acer Aspire One for my mum for work. I'm trying to install Office 2010 and need to use this page: www.office.com/productkeycard to register and d/l the software. However, the captcha image does not appear, only as a red cross in IE or a question mark in Safari. It's only on this new machine it happens. I have tried clearing cookies etc and installing the lastest java and flash to no avail. Any ideas?
