BTB and general after market exhaust questions

Car  Audi A3
Got a BTB exhaust today and the quality is really really good. However i have a few questions about them:

1. Should the standard exhaust rubber retaining screws work on the BTB system? It seems the size is larger in the BTB hangers than the standard screws?

2. Should i start by lining up the front section and work back or start first fitting the back box and work forwards? At the minute its all on but not lined up properly (**** of a job lay on your back in a garage) and its blowing pretty bad. Think this is because i have the back box sat slightly to far forwards and its causing the centre section to sit low and blow from the cat joint.

3. Do people use exhaust paste on the rear joint?

Cheers i look forwards to everyones answers.

if you fit the exhaust, do the bolts up enough to hold it. then give it a shake, that way you will find out if its gonna catch on anythin, if its ok, wang the bolts up. paste is ok, try not to over do it though

Think thats what i got from Halfords. Locktite gasket liquid or something like that iirc

Would not mind but its my bloody sisters RB182 i am working on....
