Bucket seat subframe question

Is it completely necessary to use subframes when fitting bucket seats? Or is it possible to just bolt the side mounts to the floor without use of subframes?

As far as i know yes i don't think the side mounts will line up with the holes in the floor.

I tried without subframes to do mine at first . . .put it this way. I ordered some sub frames
