Bump strip removal

Hi, currently removing my bump strips ready for colour coding.

However, on the side bump strips, I can get the front part out easily enough, but not the back. I read the guide and it states it should just slide forward, no tools needed. However mine do not seem to budge. There is slight play, but they still seem 'hooked on'. There isn't really anything to hold onto which makes life harder.

Any ideas?

Any help appreciated

i used the palms of my hands, push them into the car and forwards towards the door, if you do it hard enough they will come off

Ok, just had another go using that technique jim, is there any area in particular where I should apply pressure?

I'm pushing hard, but these things aint shifting. It's hard to grip, keep sliding off.

Cheers
