Bumper removal help for CAF

Anybody know how the front bumper comes off as i want to cut the hole in the bottom grill for my new CAF but dont want to go cutting/hacking/sawing/gnawing/pulling at the bumper at trying to get it off if there is an easy way of doing it!!

Help plz coz i wanna get this BMC on!!!!
