Burnt Tyre Smell!??

  RS Meg 175
Hello guys any help would be awesome here!

Right just had the front FK's put on thiss week and they have been fine with my BK Racing wheels on but i put some 172 wheels on earlier today and now there is a horrendous burnt tyre smell coming from the front of the car when in motion!

What do i need to do, do we think?
Raise the suspensioN? if so can this be done without a C-Spanner?

Cheers
matt.,

tyre will slightly catch on shock with ET38... my dynamique wheels did anyway... plenty of room with the ET42 superleggeras

:S f0xy - are you sure?

The bigger the offset the closer it is to the shock normally.

Spacers need to be fitted to lower the offset and push it more towards the rim.

sorry i meant the opposite with the offsets....

...my superleggeras sit 6mm further out anyways because of the offset.... my dynamiques sat further in and rubbed on the shock without spacers.... spacers sorted it
