Does that have to be in the pits or just taken off at the end?

There is a penalty box in the pitlane. You must be stationary for 30 seconds in that box.
Depending on where the box is its either before or after your driver change. Driver change cannot be done in penalty box

Yes he won at Snett, First meeting. We beat him twice last year, Mallory and Silverstone. Looks fast this year so not sure if hes had work done. Good bloke to race against

Its possible to win from 30second penalty, was done twice last year by white civic and integra (the ones that crashed) Rules changed this year to give 15 seconds for each extra win. 1min penalty for 2 wins is killer
