buying a clio 2.0 16v sport advice needed

hi guys buying a clio sport but there is a noise coming from timing belt aera and he has new timing belt with this will this cure the noise as sombody told me that i need a modified timing belt kit help help help lol

it depends, what noise is it? if its a grating noise it could be the aux belt, and if its a diesel engine type noise then it could be the dephaser pulley
