....and hello to my mums 1.4RT. Had a race with a 1.6 Escort....and WON! lol Its quite nippy actually but seems to use more fuel than my valver. Think it needs a service!

I get 40mpg on Motorways.. 37mpg urbanish if I stay below 3k rpm.. (I did get about 50mpg on motorway once though!)

If I give it some, I get about 30-33mpg.

1.2, 1997 so its the new DIET engine.

My car is only an 8v... its a lot nippier above 4k... which is odd.
