had it a week, dropped it and the camera doesn't work! i'll be ok taking it back to O2 to get it replaced/repaired £FOC??

If not they will probably charge for the repair as the manufactures warranty doesnt cover accidental damage.

You could try telling them it just "stopped" working if there is no visual damage

took it back today, replaced straight away, great service!

You were lucky!! They got stricter on people bringing back phones for being broken but Im guessing it's fairly new so there was no hassle!
