calipers seizing

after a bit of a talk with fred this evening i think my front passenger side caliper may be seizing a bit, as the inside pad has worn down leaving the outside one in pretty good condition, so how can i stop this from happening? will i good clean of the calipers sort it? and do i have to take them off the car to do it?

Its the slider which is sticking, take the caiper off, then the slider bolt which the caliper bolts to with the rubber cover on it you need to lubricate it. Pull it out oif you want making sure you don't damage the rubber cover and grease/lube the pin up and stick in back together again.

There not difficult to do though realy just a pain if they don't want to move.
