This game has become really hard work, especially duos. Seems nothing happens then boom five teams all at the same time.

Hi mate it sounds like you need to open some ports on your router. It can prevent in game chat and also give connection issues if they are closed.

Google something like xbox open ports. I've been having weird issues lately and opening ports may have resolved my issues
