Blackout this week isn't it? Worth a look tbh.

Was enjoying BF6 quite a bit but don't think I've even touched it since I got on ARC. A lot of the challenges weren't tracking properly back then so I bet if I booted it up now a bunch would auto complete. Redsec just wasn't it either imo.

Think the only way I'm going back to COD is if the next MW is actually a proper game. 😅 Maybe they'll learn.

I don't mind RedSec, pings are a ball ache and tanks not the best thing to come across though 😖

Yep probably worth a look still but I think they've moved the release date forward so probably been rushed. Chances are it'll be crap.

I think BF MP modes are already pretty good I'd much rather just play Breakthrough or Conquest over Redsec.

Honestly it's nice booting up ARC and not getting a face full of bundles to buy and certainly don't miss the BF UI either. COD just feels like a money making scheme now they clearly don't care about making a good game.

Call me old school but the whole micro transaction world on games now I just can't be arsed with. Want to keep on top and be able to compete with others? Buy a battle pass and then spend hundreds of hours to try and get the gun that's "meta". f**king hate that word too. Get in the sea. Then nerfing guns and doing the whole loop over and over really makes me lethargic.

I understand why they do it, it's a massive cash cow!

But with my lifestyle, it doesn't work for me at all. I'd rather pick up a game and everything is the same 1 month later 😂

It's why I've been loving single player horror games for the past year, just works for me!

Yep daily login rewards, battle pass, new skins and s**t rammed down your throat every time you boot the game up. The BR platform is stale as f**k now too I watched some gameplay of the new blackout and it just looks like much of the same s**t they've been pushing for the last few years unfortunately.

Just had a quick go on Avalon with 3 people who don't use a mic/too scared to speak.

It's hard work trying to ping everything. Not sure how the contracts work on it yet, I couldn't just pick one up although I did watch a video the other week saying squads can do multiple contracts at once so maybe they just didn't implement that.

Gun upgrade system seems simple. Just hold whichever gun you want to upgrade as you pick up the upgrade token. Not like BF where you choose which path you want to upgrade it. From what I can tell it's just a grey>green>blue>purple>gold path.

Will have another go tonight. Got to remember now that it's not casuals. My brain has been conditioned to 90% of the lobby being bots 😂
