Cam belt cover removal

Hello guys..
had my engine collapse drivers side where my engine mount bracket had failed. Snapped a bolt off in the cam belt cover too so I’ve got the engine supported, removed the engine mount bracket to replace and also going to replace the cam belt cover whilst I’m at it instead of having to drill out the broken bolt etc.
can anyone shed some light on how to remove the cam belt cover? I have removed all nuts and bolts but the bottom of the cover at the front seems to be pinched between a couple parts? Does anyone know how I can get this cam belt cover off please?

There’s a bolt below the cam cover that gos into the lower intake manifold

Should I use Loctite 518 to seal the cam cover and oil breather or is there a better sealant for this job?
