Camber washers - are they worth it?

Hey guys, I'm taking my 182 to the track next month. When I bought the car the previous owner through in a couple of camber washers, a set of 0.5 degree and a set of 1 degree washers. Anyone have any experience setting up their car for track with camber? Any advice appreciated!

get the camber measured before you buy any shims, you might find you dont need any. ive got -2 degrees front and back and it handles well, will be trying 2.5 font see how that feels
